I’m sorry if you aren’t ready for a political message but this is damned important. Please please read the following no matter how much strength it takes you. Please. Super Tuesday is right around the corner and our future is literally at stake.

I had the chance to go see Ron Paul speak on Friday night. You wouldn’t believe the kinds of people who showed up with me. Rich people, poor people, black people, mexican people, white people, pirates, hipsters, college students, old people, kids, and families. All uniting around the constitution, sound fiscal policy, ending the war on drugs, lobbyists, and failed federal government. The people want change, and I suspect you do to.

The primaries are on Tuesday night – you, the people, have to decide if you want the war , interventionist policies, a decline of the dollar, and a massive debt to continue. Mitt, Mike, and John will do just that – and unfortunately, our generation stands to inherit the literal sinkhole they are creating.

Ron Paul stands against all of these, he is a strict constitutionalist, believes strongly in the individual, he believes in fiscal responsibility and non-interventionist policies. Can you say that about Mitt Romney or John McCain or Hillary Clinton? No. They have supported numerous measures (USA Patriot Act, Military Commisions Act of 2006 to name a few) that violate our constitutional rights, and their policies will have us policing the world to no end, sending us into even greater debt with China.

Wouldn’t it be great if we decided to take care of the problems in America, if we took care of ourselves, rather than implement our “democratic” policies on other countries? By getting rid of nation building elsewhere, we could put money into education, healthcare, or perhaps spend it as you please…

The next president of the country is important to me and our future, I hope you feel that way too.
