28 Days Later

I can hobble down steps.
I can hobble up them too.
I don’t take risks.
I can bike at level 8.
I ice less.
I get stronger every day.
I’ve made new friends.
I know myself better.
I’m more flexible.
I don’t miss the legasus.
I still have swelling.
I don’t have stitches.
I can sleep through the night.
I can have thoughts that don’t deal with my hip.
I can walk 50 yards and have no pain.
I stretch on my desk, floor, and bed.
I can walk 75 and have just a little.
I’m more careful.
I can look at the mountains and dream.
I can smile, I can cry.
I can laugh.
I am thankful.
