My ice couldn’t fix me tonight. My groin has been killing me all day and gosh darn that thing, it won’t stop. I’ve tried ice, not moving for hours at a time, and prayer. Any hip experts know what to do?

My mom got sick of sleeping on my couch, so she trucked me down to c.sprizzle for the weekend.
