Hmmm, so i’ve been injured for circa six months now. Torn hip flexor or something that never healed properly. Yessssss*. I’ve been rockin my second round of physical therapy for a little over a month. Day one I was told to get more flexible and then prescribed eight fairly painful stretches to do every night. [...]
