He gots ants in his pants.
He and his business partner moved their business to a new office that had just been remodeled by a new property owner. Unbeknowst to the new tenants and new property owner - some pesky tenants already occupied the space. On move-in day the current tenants were discovered, they went by the name of “Ants”.
Well, Ants were everywhere - plain and simple. On the desk, in the cabinet. Scaling the cord, climbing the wall. In the trash, and on the keyboard. One at a time they tried to drive the new tenants out. But the new tentants’ resilience held strong. The new tenants crushed the old tenants one by one. They tempted the Ants with treats tainted with poison. They lined the carpets with mysterious chemicals. You see - the new tenants would not give up - but neither would be the Ants. It was beginning to look as if the battle would never end.
He was just finishing up a day of work when he left his office and walked to his business partners office. He had grabbed his miniature computer and put it in his book bag. He sat in his partners office with the book bag on his lap. In a seldom opened pocket he discovered some cookies his mother had made him over the weekend. “Hey Partner,” he said, “do you want a cookie?” “Yes, please,” said the partner as he grabbed a cookie out of the plastic bag. He grabbed a cookie too. He moved the cookie to his mouth as his partner split the cookie in his hand. “Don’t eat it, don’t eat it!” the partner exclaimed. So focused on the cookie - he unwillingly took a bite. “The Ants, they’re all over the cookies!” said the partner with much grief.
He spit out the cookie on his partners desk. He spit some more on the floor. His partner lunged for the special poison. He moved to the sink muttering words of disbelief. Rinse. Rinse. Spray. Spray. The Ants had tricked them, but the new tenants will not lose. The Ants have unintentionally inspired a full assault with new weapons, new determination, and new motivation. The Ants will not get in his pants. And yes, he = me.
